Happy Mothers Day to any Oppo moms out there! Mrs. L and I took a trip down to the south shore of MA today for my great aunt's gravesite unveiling (that was a fast year), brunch with my folks, then I got busy cleaning our cars.
The Jetta needed a bit more love than the Mini today. Did a wash, clay bar and Zymol to liven things up for the spring. Completely cleaned the interior and detailed the wheels.
The Mini just had a buff and wax as part of its 3-month vacation at the body shop, so it just needed a wash and some interior cleaning.
How did you all celebrate Mothers day?

Weird question.. I have a Mk6 as well with the tan "leather" and I was wondering if yours had it. I have one hell of a time cleaning blue from my jeans off those seats

Reflex Silver. The pollen hasn't gotten too crazy here in our part of NH.

We've got the dark "leather" or VW Tex as the sticker says. Have you spot checked a Mr. Clean magic eraser to see if that removes it without screwing up the rich Germexican Leatherette?

As Carl mentioned, try Mr. Clean Magic Eraser. Or some simple saddle soap.
